Daily Readings, Encouragement

Today’s Daily Reading: November 30, 2020

Good morning! The picture in this post contains Scripture from this morning’s Daily Reading from Presbyterian USA. For all of today’s readings, Psalms, and prayers, click this link https://www.presbyterianmission.org/devotion/daily/.

Daily Readings are an outstanding way to keep oneself Spiritually fed each day! They give us insight, encouragement, and inspiration. They also provide blessed Spiritual “food for thought” throughout the morning, day, and night. They are such a blessing! For an article from here on our website explaining more about the Daily Readings, click this link https://bit.ly/2HzXa4K.

It is our heartfelt desire that you will join us as we read and grow in God’s Word and prayer through the Daily Readings, and that your heart and soul will be touched to do good unto yourselves, others, and God this day!

Walking the Narrow Path of Faith and Service

This week’s sermon titled “Let Us Be on the Advent Alert” is now available on video here on our website at this link https://bit.ly/2Jjt5XY. It (along with many other past sermons) is also on our YouTube channel https://bit.ly/37yAIC7.

The quote in this post is from today’s sermon. Today is the First Sunday of Advent. As Presbyterians, during Advent we celebrate Christ’s coming into the world and watch with expectant hope for his coming again. Walking the narrow path spoken of by Reverend Johns is an excellent way to bide our time on earth while awaiting Christ’s return.

We hope that you enjoy the sermon and have a wonderful Advent week!
